Scottie Ray (born June 4, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA), sometimes credited as Scott Rayow, is the voice actor for The Shredder in the 2003 animated series, Fast Forward, Back to the Sewer, Turtles Forever, and various video games.
